Yes, we have to quit making excuses and start with the hard work; moreover, change our way about food and stick to a plan best suited for you. Some say, change the way you eat until you reach your goal but I know in the past after off for 2-3 years, it came back on because I went back to the things I loved. Moderation is one thing but listen to how your body responds to these foods or drinks, and stop because of how it makes you feel afterwards.]]></description>
