What a perfect and iniinrspg way to start my day, thanks Vanessa! This made me think of a quote I love from Eleanor Roosevelt, No one can make you feel inferior without your consent’. Personally it comes in waves for me but I’m satisfied that now, when I go into the victim role I recognise it and can get myself out of it more quickly. I use it as a warning system because it lets me know my self esteem reserves are running low and I need to consciously address whatever is causing that. Love the meditation invitation and for sure I will use it to support me getting back into a rhythm again as I too have fallen of the wagon recently, Bring on Monday!
