Autumn/winter is our absolute favorite season of the year (just so you know, we think in fashion seasons rather than those of the meteorological variety – much easier to distinguish). The British dress better in winter than they do in summer. They much prefer wrapping themselves in snuggly coats and layers of soft knit. In fact, they dream in cashmere.

Here are some Latest fashion trends for winter/autumn:

Fairy-tale inspired fashion is thriving in the fashion world. Designers such as Alexander McQueen offer airy fabrics and stunning embroidery, whilst Valentino showcases floor-length sheer styles which are embellished with flowers. Dolce & Gabbana have also turned storytellers with their dark, unctuous take on traditional fairy tales for AW14.  Think huge fur hoods, jade green embellished capes and enchanting Little Red Riding Hood thick ruby coats.

Portrait of an artist:
Burberry often creates trends all on its own these days. And it’s no different this season with Christopher Bailey celebrating the boho artists and writers of the 1920s, known as the Bloomsbury set.  Beautiful, whimsical watercolor scarves were layered over dresses and worn with drawstring ankle boots and either a shearling jacket or one of those monogrammed blankets.

Feeling blue:
While pink has reigned supreme in recent seasons, blue fought back on the AW14 catwalks (though don’t ditch the pink coat yet – Christopher Kane ensured they’re still en vogue, phew). From cobalts to teals and everything in between, we’ll all be feeling blue this autumn. As ever, the intricate detail was stunning and there was a regal Grecian regal theme that was accentuated by the gold brocades and spiky updos. The dress with a floor-length caped jacket and train?

The super-coat:
If you only buy one thing for the new season, it must be a statement coat. Our particular favourite is the blanket coat (what can be better than basically commuting in your duvet?) but other key looks were chunky faux-furs, full length patchwork designs, luxe puffas and anything shearling.

Paris fashion week:

Day three of Paris haute couture week started with the Chanel show and as always, it was a truly fabulous affair.Creative director Karl Lagerfeld sent his model fleet down the runway in a beautiful Autumn/Winter 2014 collection that included white button-down, GOLD embellished gowns teamed with cross-body bags and sequinned hats, embroidered dresses worn over trousers and shorts worn under tweed skirts.

Triangular grey layer piece :
A grey top with triangular black pieces that rippled across the front was paired with a skirt with light grey layers that splayed from one hip.

You know you like that simplicity is elegance, so taking care of hair is attractive and if you keep a long mane and want to be admired, you must use it to when you have to choose a prom hairstyle. Why not choose a style that allows everyone to admire your long hair. Today we give you ideas for your hair with long hairstyles for fall winter/autumn holidays 2014, simple hairstyles that are the main attraction lies precisely in the beauty of the hair and the simplicity of them.

French Plait:It’s already high season for trends at the beginning of the year. The international fashion marathon started with a bang in New York City in mid-January and usually ends to great effect early March in Paris. We present the most exciting hairstyle trends from New York City, London, Milan and Paris.

Hairstyle Trends 2014: New York City
The blunt cut represents both the playful and exciting side of the 2014 fall/winter season. Beautiful to behold is the pastel-coloured wig look from Marc Jacobs. This straight, well-cut bob can be used as a model for one’s real hair.

Hairstyle Trends 2014: London
London likes things casual! The undone look, which accompanied us in 2013, is still with us in the new 2014 season. Burberry Prorsum adorned his models with simple hairstyles, and this trend is sure to give great pleasure to many.

Nailpolish trend 2014:

Pale nail colors are in the trend. Think pale pink, powder white, gray and taupe. Not only are these shades chic and wearable, they are also ‘fool-proof’. Even if you have a not so precise hand, you should be able to apply these colors in a – let’s say – presentable way. If you like strong colors, then red is definitely your choice. Dark red colors are hot, especially the ones with a black undertone.

There are some latest autumn/winter nailpaints:

1.Matte nail polish – the modern look for manicures
And let’s not forget the metallics. Silver and GOLD but also gray shades with a little bit of green in it. Metallics are great for special occasions like Christmas or New Year’s Eve but don’t wait until then. Just wear them now. Even during the day. Check our photo gallery.

2.Chanel: This colour just screams summer – with a hint of sparkle thrown in for good measure.Maybelline’s Bleached Neons polishes are a muted, rather more wearable take on shouty neons – the pink is particularly lovely.

3.Nude nail varnish – perfect if matches your skin tone.Although flashbacks to barely their pinks and nudes were the most popular, other notable (and just as chic) nail hues—jewel-toned garnet, varying shades of gray, metallics and even a few pops of graphic art elements—will make you want to get on the new mani must-haves now.

4.Simply Red- Deep red nails stood out at Yigal Azrouël (left), Rebecca Minkoff and Costello Tagliapietra. While even deeper burgundy tones were on tips at Nicole Miller as well as Kenneth Cole.

Makeup is a great opportunity for every woman to every time show off their creativity and artistic ability, while appearing fresh and on-trend. The fall/ winter 2013-2014 makeup trends are pleasantly bright, unique and, most importantly, versatile. Get inspired and create different looks for different days and occasions throughout the cold season!

The copper smoky eye, at Gabriele Colangelo:

Here, skin is bare, almost metallic and the perfect foil for a cool, coppery smoky eye. Structure is loose, lines are blended for a soft, modern, look with no harsh lines on a base of cool tones, with the iridescent red lips that we are seeing a lot of this season. The blurred mouth at Marni:

“The best of this very feminine look is the sublimely blended mouth. Created with a pretty red, the mouth is blurred as if it has been rubbed, with a small amount of translucent powder. It was the perfect look for Marni, with all the softness of a cashmere sweater.”

Au naturel at Frankie Morello:
“Nude make-up is still big news this season, but it’s been developed with much cooler shades. Grey, murky hues are your ticket to subtle sophistication and defined eyes. Without last season’s warm tones, this look guarantees simple, natural chic.”

The deconstructed brow at Alberta Ferretti:
“This season’s brow is full, brushed out and lightly shaded to give depth to the eyes. The aim is not to create a defined shape, instead make-up artists are choosing to elongate the brow to add drama. The rest of the make-up is very wearable, choose a focal point like the eyes, lips or cheeks and work with a single color to complete the look.”

The Blue Makeup:
The blue makeup obsession of spring 2013 doesn’t lose its popularity in fall 2013, only this time it comes slightly updated and adjusted to the cold season. Blue eye makeup in fall 2013 contains more purple-like accents and comes more saturated than in summer. This makeup suits best the holiday season and other special occasions. Blue eye makeup could be seen at Jason Wu, Topshop Unique, ACNE, Thakoon and others.
